This page covers this website (the Kanteklik pages about our guest apps). A guest app at a venue follows that venue’s own notice.

Demo requests

If you send the form, we receive your name or venue name, your email address, and the venue type you chose. We use that to reply to the request you sent.

The form is delivered through our server at n8n.vanlaar.cloud and then to info@spiti.tech. We keep a demo request for at most 6 months, then delete it.

Chat

The chat loads only after you open it. The messages you type go to the same server, n8n.vanlaar.cloud, so we can answer from the content of this website. The chat is an assistant, not a quote. We do not keep those messages longer than 6 months.

Analytics

Analytics stays off until you press Accept. If you do, Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, receives pages you open, clicks, and your IP address, together with a cookie that distinguishes browsers. We use that to see which parts of this site are used. Reports in our Analytics property are kept for 14 months. The cookies on your device can remain for up to 2 years.

Reject leaves this off. Cookies in the footer opens the same choice again, including after you have accepted. You can also email us and we will treat that as a withdrawal.

Google may process this data in the United States under its standard contractual clauses. We do not use Google Ads on this site.

Your rights
